- What are the differences between the Superior and Deluxe room?
Superior rooms are conventional rooms filled with classical atmosphere, and found in double storey buildings. It comes in either a twin, triple and quad room type. Deluxe rooms are designed based on French style which offers a comfortable place to stay.It has fitted in a TV & mini cooler.
- Do we need adaptors or transformers for our electrical devices?
If you are from Asians countries, adaptors or transformer are not needed but advisable to carry with you as some electrical voltage may differ. In Malaysia, the electricity runs on 240 volts with 50 Hz system.
- Does resort provide water sport activities?
Limited activity such as kayaking and standup paddle is available due to Redang island is located in Marine Park. This is also to protect the marine life and safety of guest.

- Is there any package arrangement?

- How long will it take the Resort to respond to my reservation request?
Resort will response within 2 working days through email. You may check junk / spam mail if failed to acknowledged through inbox mail.
- How do I change or cancel my reservation?
You are require to inform through phone call or email to your sales person if any changes or cancellation require. Please contact your sales person for further introduction.
- What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received and acknowledged by Kuala Lumpur Sales Office (KLSO) at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
- Once I have send in online enquiry through official website, will I receive any confirmation from the resort?
Yes. We will response within 2 working days by email. Kindly check junk / spam mail if failed to acknowledged through inbox mail.
- How far ahead should I make the reservations?
As early as possible, at least 2 working days before arrival date. However, the date and room are subject to available upon request / confirm, based on first come first serve.
- Does resort provide any arrangement for special occasion such as birthday, anniversary, etc.?
Resort do provide pre-arrangement such as pre-order cake, room decoration, and candle light dinner for the speacial occasion. All pre-arrangement is chargeable and require pre-booked. For further introduction, please enquiry with your sales person.
- Does resort provide any discount or refund on snorkeling trip?
The snorkeling trip is inclusive in the package but not compulsory to join.
There is no further discount or refund on snorkeling trip if you decide to exclude and not to join or the trip is cancelled due to sea and weather condition.
- Can I request for refund with reasonable or if any unexpected happen?
All payment received is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Mengapakah saya perlu memberikan nombor TIN dan nombor kad pengenalan semasa membuat tempahan?
Selaras dengan keperluan e-Invois LHDN Malaysia, Redang Beach Resort dikehendaki mengeluarkan e-Invois individu bagi setiap tempahan. Oleh itu, tetamu warganegara Malaysia perlu memberikan Nombor Pengenalan Cukai atau Tax Identification Number (TIN) serta nombor kad pengenalan individu yang membuat tempahan.
Sila yakin bahawa semua maklumat peribadi yang diberikan akan dikendalikan mengikut Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi (PDPA) dan tidak akan didedahkan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga, kecuali jika diperlukan oleh undang-undang atau bagi tujuan penghantaran rasmi e-Invois.
Bagi tetamu warga asing yang tidak mempunyai TIN Malaysia, kod e-Invois terkumpul EI00000000020 boleh digunakan.
- HOW TO GET TO KUALA TERENGGANU FOR BOAT BOARDING?
There are basically 3 options: by airplane, bus or own transport. You can also self drive, details of road maps are available at here. (LINK)
Kuala Terengganu Airport / Bus Station transfer is available upon request. It is chargeable.
- How long does it take ferry transfer between TTI Jetty and Redang island?
It takes at least 2 hours depend on sea and weather condition.
- Pukul berapakah waktu ketibaan kapal terbang yang disyorkan di Lapangan Terbang Kuala Terengganu?
Kami mencadangkan agar penerbangan anda tiba selewat-lewatnya pada jam 8.30 pagi untuk sempat menaiki feri paling awal yang berlepas pada jam 9.00 pagi dari jeti TTI. Jika tidak, kami akan mengaturkan penghantaran bot laju (speedboat) yang berlepas pada jam 11.00 pagi atau jadual terakhir pada jam 1.00 petang dari jeti Al-Ameen
- Adakah resort menyediakan perkhidmatan pengangkutan darat?
Ya, kami menyediakan perkhidmatan pengangkutan lapangan terbang dan stesen bus Kuala Terengganu ke TTI jeti atas permintaan. Perkhidmatan pengangkutan 2 hala dikenakan bayaran sebanyak RM40 seorang dan RM20 seorang untuk stesen bus. Kadar dewasa & kanak-kanak adalah sama.
- Sekiranya saya bermalam di hotel sekitar bandar Kuala Terengganu, adakah pihak resort menyediakan perkhidmatan pengangkutan dari hotel ke jeti?
Ya, kami ada menyediakan perkhidmatan jemputan dari hotel di bandar Kuala Terengganu ke jeti. Bayaran sebanyak RM 10 seorang/hala dikenakan, di mana kadar bagi dewasa dan kanak-kanak adalah sama. Anda perlu memberikan nama hotel penginapan anda untuk tujuan penghantaran tersebut
- At what time should we reach the Jetty to catch the boat on time?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before boat transfer depart as you are require to redeem boat tickets upon arrival at boarding jetty.
- Resort Boat Transfer Service and Schedule?
We operate a scheduled ferry transfer service from TTI Jetty, Kuala Terengganu to the Redang island everyday. Estimate 2 hours journey to the Redang Beach Resort. Below are our ferry schedule
- Ferry in to Island: 9am
- Ferry out from Island: 11am
Another option is speedboat service from Al-Ameen jetty, which located at outskirt area, Merang to the resort daily. The journey is estimate 45 mins to Redang island. Below are the boat schedule

*Daily ferry or speedboat schedule is subject to change due to weather and sea condition.
*Ferry transfer is arrange upon confirmation received if no special request.
- Bagaimanakah polisi pembayarannya?
Yuran Tempahan: Semua pengesahan mestilah dijamin dengan YURAN TEMPAHAN SEBANYAK RM 100.00 SEORANG yang bersifat TIDAK BOLEH DIKEMBALIKAN / TIDAK BOLEH DIPINDAH MILIK dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas pengesahan diterima.
Baki Pembayaran: Bayaran baki bagi setiap pengesahan hendaklah dibuat kepada Pejabat Jualan Kuala Lumpur (KLSO) sekurang-kurangnya (21) hari sebelum tarikh ketibaan.
Tempahan Segera: Jika tarikh perjalanan adalah kurang daripada atau dalam tempoh 21 hari, Pembayaran Penuh diperlukan untuk penyelesaian tempahan.
- Does the Resort provide any option on fishing tour?

- What activities are available at the Redang Beach Resort?
Our full time Activities personnel can arrange any island activity for you from their desk, located adjacent to our lobby. diving, snorkeling, canoeing, jungle trekking are all available nearby the resort.

- What type of food is served at the Redang?
We serve local food mainly on Chinese cuisine. Vegetarian food is available upon earlier request.
- Is the resort halal certified?
We are serving pork-free meals.
- Adakah resort menawarkan hidangan vegetarian?
Hidangan vegetarian disediakan dengan pengaturan terlebih dahulu.
- Does anyone in Malaysia speak English or any other language?
English is the common language used here. Our national language is Malay. Malaysian commonly speaks in Malay, English, Mandarin, Tamil and Cantonese.
- Do we need to change money before or upon arrival?
For your convenience, it is always advisable to have local currency as all transactions will be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- What is the standard tipping practice in Malaysia?
There is no tipping practice in Malaysia. It is depend on your own decision.
- What should we bring along?
All guest is suggest to bring along swimming costumes, beach towels, sunscreen which safe to coral reef, etc.
- What is the weather like there -- what about hurricane season?
Malaysia has an equatorial climate with uniform temperatures throughout the year.
- Is there any Internet access at the Resort?
Yes. The Free WIFI is available at reception area only.
