Practical, Simple, and Designed for Real Connection

Redang Beach Resort offers a range of outdoor telematch and team building activities, ideal for corporate groups or school camps looking for light-hearted challenges that encourage teamwork, communication, and group participation. All activities are conducted on the beach and facilitated by our in-house team.

Activities Overview

Legged Race

• Team Size: 2 to 10 participants per team

• Objective: Coordination, Teamwork

• Estimated Duration: 5 minutes (flexible)
  Teams tie their legs together in pairs and work together to reach the finish line. The activity ends when all members complete the race.

Blow the Ball

• Team Size: Full team participation

• Objective: Focus, Team Effort

• Estimated Duration: 10 minutes
  Participants build a narrow pathway on the sand and blow a ping pong ball from one end to the other. Hands or body must not touch the ball during the process.

Reach to the Point

• Team Size: Full team participation

• Objective: Problem Solving, Cooperation

• Estimated Duration: 5 minutes (flexible)
  Using only the items worn by team members (e.g. shoelaces, socks, belts, scarves), teams must create a continuous line that reaches a designated target point as quickly as possible.

Fill the Pail

• Team Size: Full team participation

• Objective: Creativity, Team Strategy

• Estimated Duration: 10 minutes (flexible)
  Teams collect seawater and attempt to fill a pail using only items they are wearing. No containers or tools are provided.

Wheelbarrow Race

• Team Size: 2 participants per group

• Objective: Strength, Balance, Coordination

• Estimated Duration: 10 minutes
  One participant walks on their hands while the other holds their legs and moves forward together over a short distance.

Sandcastle Challenge

• Team Size: Full team participation

• Objective: Creativity, Collaboration

• Estimated Duration: 10 minutes
  Each team is given a limited time to build the tallest sandcastle possible using beach sand and teamwork.
